Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations Oral Presentations
Beamer is available. Speakers are required to bring their presentation on a Windows or Macintosh-readable CD-ROM or USB-stick. The use of personal laptops will not be allowed. No slide projection will be provided. Presentations must be delivered directly to the technical staff in the conference hall at least one hour before the beginning of the session. The computer slides must be written in English.
Poster Presentations
The maximal poster size is 90 cm (width) by 130 cm (height).
The title of the presentation and the authors' names must be indicated at the top of the poster.
The poster display area is located in the conference venue. Posters should be mounted on Monday before 9:00 am at the latest.
The individual poster place will be indicated by the poster number. Posters should be exposed during the entire conference time.Poster must be removed by after the end of the conference. Posters left on the boards will be destroyed.
